Create an account, then submit a short request via the contact form. We review every request manually — typically within 1 business day — and issue a ticket code that unlocks the full feature set for 7, 14, or 30 days. We prioritize academic labs, postdocs, and researchers with a concrete project in mind.
02Is it really free?
Yes — during the beta there is no charge and no credit card required. A Beta Access ticket unlocks the entire 119-node library, AI Copilot, Reports, and Figure Canvas at no cost.
03When will paid plans launch?
Paid plans (Individual, Lab, Enterprise) are coming after the beta. We will notify all beta users by email at least 30 days before any plan is introduced. Until then, all access is via a free Beta Access ticket.
04What happens to my workflows when my Beta Access ticket expires?
Your workflows are stored in your local H5AD files — you keep them all. Re-request a ticket any time; your saved files remain fully accessible regardless of ticket status.
05Where is my data stored?
All analysis runs 100% on your local machine. Your sequencing data and AnnData files are never sent to any external server.
06Which operating systems are supported?
Windows 10/11 (x64) is currently supported. macOS support is on our roadmap.
